Who this role is for
Writers with legal training (or close collaboration with attorneys) who can produce accurate, plain-language documents. You anticipate risk, explain why clauses exist, and help keep public messaging aligned with legal commitments.
What you will be doing
- •Draft Terms of Service tailored to each product
- •Write Privacy Policies that match actual data handling
- •Create NDAs, partnership agreements, and service contracts
- •Translate legal requirements into plain language summaries
- •Collaborate with writers and marketers so public claims stay compliant
How projects work
- 1.Review the founder brief, product flows, and any existing legal docs
- 2.Confirm jurisdictions, data policies, and special requirements
- 3.Draft documents with track changes and plain-language commentary
- 4.Deliver Word/Google Docs plus PDF exports for immediate use
- 5.Partner with the pod to ensure copy + legal stay aligned
- 6.Post-delivery: answer follow-up questions inside the dashboard

Required quality standards
- •All documents must be original and tailored to the product
- •Cite governing law, data practices, and contact details clearly
- •Deliver both legal language and a short summary for the team
- •List document types you support (Terms, Privacy, NDAs, SLAs, basic contracts)
