What you will be doing
- •Build MVPs and polish production-ready apps
- •Follow approved Figma wireframes and component libraries
- •Coordinate with UX/UI designers on spacing, typography, and motion
- •Integrate APIs, auth, analytics, and third-party tooling
- •Handle revisions and QA feedback quickly
- •Work closely with writers and marketers so product copy matches the build
How projects work
- 1.We assign you to a launch pod with designers, writers, and marketers
- 2.You review requirements + Figma files inside the dashboard
- 3.Develop the MVP or full build using the agreed tech stack
- 4.Share progress Looms + staging links for review
- 5.Address revisions, confirm QA, and prep final handoff
- 6.Receive payment automatically when the milestone is signed off
Pay structure
Builds are scoped by milestone (wireframes, MVP, polish). Each milestone has a fixed payout, with bonuses for early delivery or additional integrations.
Quality expectations
- •Code must match approved designs and interaction specs
- •Repositories are organized, documented, and linted
- •All builds include responsive layouts and accessibility basics
- •Handoff includes environment variables + deployment notes
Flexible schedule & team workflow
Accept one sprint at a time or multiple in parallel. Developers join async standups, coordinate with writers for copy, and ensure the build reflects final designs.
