Brand strategists and visual designers who can explain their decisions, work quickly, and package guidelines founders can actually use. You have range—from minimalist tech to playful consumer—and can adapt to the Mint Launcher product narrative.
What you will be doing
- •Develop naming territories, shortlists, and rationales
- •Create logo concepts, lockups, and favicon-ready marks
- •Prepare mini brand systems (color, typography, icon styles)
- •Produce launch-ready assets (social headers, thumbnails, mockups)
- •Document guidelines founders can hand to developers and writers
How projects work
- 1.Kickoff with founder positioning, audience research, and visual inspiration
- 2.Explore naming directions, moodboards, and initial sketches
- 3.Present concept rounds with rationale and gather feedback
- 4.Finalize selected direction with logo suite + color/type system
- 5.Package assets, templates, and usage guidelines
- 6.Upload final files + Loom walkthrough to the dashboard
Pay structure & expectations
- •Flat package pricing per naming + logo engagement
- •Add-on fees for extended systems or motion studies
- •Rush timeline multipliers for urgent launches
Required quality standards
- •Every brand kit includes dark + light mode variations
- •Provide vector + raster exports and editable source files
- •Include mockups to demonstrate real-world usage
- •Clarify licensing for fonts, icons, and photo assets
Role-specific requirement: deliver Figma brand kits plus export-ready assets for web, social, and pitch decks.
